Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your replica. If it arrives not as expected, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.

Eligible for return

  • Item is in its original packaging, unused, undamaged
  • All original accessories (stand, certificate, display box) included
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery date

Not eligible

  • Custom-finished / bespoke commissions
  • Items damaged after delivery by customer
  • Returns opened or shipped after 30 days

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@kojimablades.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
  2. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions and an address to ship to.
  3. Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred) and ship via any tracked service.
  4. Once we receive & inspect the item, refund is issued within 5 business days.

Damaged on arrival?

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening (if possible) and the item after. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with the photos and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement at our cost — no return shipping needed.

Who pays return shipping?

  • Our fault (damage, wrong item, defect): we pay.
  • Change of mind: you pay the return postage; we refund the product total.
  • Exchange: you pay outbound return shipping; we cover the replacement shipping.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Bank processing may add 1–10 extra days depending on your card issuer.

Disputes & chargebacks — read this first

We do not entertain unsolicited chargebacks.

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us directly is treated as fraud and will be contested with full evidence (delivery proof, communications, IP records). It also permanently bars you from future orders.

Every issue we've ever had with an order has been resolved by a single email. Before you escalate to your bank, please:

  1. Open the dispute resolution form and tell us what went wrong.
  2. Or email hello@kojimablades.com with your order number, photos, and a one-line description.
  3. We respond within 24 business hours with a refund, replacement, or specific next step.

Card disputes opened without first attempting to resolve the issue with us are categorically rejected. If a chargeback is opened in good faith but resolves in your favour through dialogue with us, we will issue the refund directly and ask you to withdraw the dispute. By placing an order you accept this dispute-resolution policy.
