Stormbreaker is the axe-hammer hybrid forged by Eitri on Nidavellir for Thor in Avengers: Infinity War — Groot's arm forming the handle after Eitri's mold is destroyed. On-screen it is the weapon that actually lands a killing strike on Thanos, and it returns through Endgame and Love and Thunder. This replica hits the same life-size proportions as the film prop, including the unmistakable asymmetry of the bit and hammer faces.

How it's made
Full-metal construction
The blade and key structural parts are machined from solid carbon steel, then hand-finished to the reference silhouette. The surface is polished to a mirror sheen on flats and brushed along the bevel — this gives the piece real heft and the same light-catch you see on the original source. Edges are intentionally blunted for display: no re-sharpening is required (or recommended).
Handle & hilt
The grip is wrapped in contoured hardwood with textured cord wrap, tensioned by hand so the hand-feel is firm without slipping. Pommel and guard are a single cast piece — no hollow core, no rattle. The wrap can be re-tensioned with the included care card instructions if needed.
Quality control
Every piece is inspected at our UK workshop before dispatch: fit check, paint check, wrap-tension check, and a tap test on any threaded joints. If it fails any of the above, it doesn't ship. Our craftsmanship warranty covers you for 12 months against manufacturing defects.

If you see a micro-spot of oxidation, buff gently with 0000-grade steel wool then re-oil. Do not use abrasive polish.
